<p>Brent crude futures for November delivery settled at $106.51 per barrel.</p>

<p>At Türkiye's Ceyhan port, Azeri Light crude on a Free on Board (FOB) basis gained $3.18, or 3.15%, to $104.23 per barrel.</p>

<p>Azerbaijan's 2026 state budget is based on an average oil price of $65 per barrel.</p>

<p>Azeri Light recorded its lowest price of $15.81 per barrel on April 21, 2020, and its highest price of $149.66 in July 2008.</p>

<p>Azeri Light is produced under the development agreement for the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) block of fields, in which the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) holds a 35.3% stake.</p>

<p>Flights from Astrakhan International Airport are scheduled three times a week, on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The flight is expected to take 1 hour and 25 minutes.</p>

<p>AZAL will operate Embraer E-190 aircraft on the route.</p>

<p>AZAL suspended all flights on the Baku-Astrakhan-Baku route indefinitely on February 3, 2025, due to the repeated closure of airspace over the Russian city of Astrakhan.</p>

<p>Five people have died and five others were injured after an Amazon Air cargo plane overran a runway at Miami International Airport in Miami, Florida.</p>

<p>The incident occurred on Sunday, September 6, at around 2 p.m. local time. <strong>Bakıvaxtı.az </strong>reports, citing ABC News, that the Boeing 767-300 aircraft had arrived from San Juan, Puerto Rico.</p>

<p>The plane was operated by 21 Air. The names of those killed and injured have not yet been released.</p>

<p>Around 200 emergency personnel responded to the crash to conduct search and rescue operations and extinguish the resulting fire.</p>

<p>The U.S. National Transportation Safety Board has launched an investigation into the incident. Two of the airport’s four runways were reopened about three hours after the crash.</p>
